13点是个活泼佻皮的少女，自主独立、前卫、喜欢追求时尚，时装触觉敏锐，富正义感，喜爱构思各种新奇玩意。

香港本地漫画家李惠珍，自60年代开始创作经典漫画《13点》，开创了少女漫画的潮流。女主角13点自主、独立、前卫、追求时尚，打破了当时香港女性社会地位低微的形象，加上敏锐的时装触觉，令作品备受追捧。李惠珍近年仍然积极创作，并与多个大型品牌合作，亦致力参与本土漫画推广。她在最近的作品中加入电脑元素，将读者层面拓展至年轻一代。
