



Hui King-sum


HUI King-sum is a renowned comic artist in Hong Kong and his masterpiece is the Street Fighter which was once the second best selling weekly comic magazines in Hong Kong, selling over 100,000 copies. His other hits included the Legend of Two Fighters, Red Scorpion 13, Comics for City People, etc. and animated comics included Dear Gugo, GGO Soccer, Hamster Paradise, etc.; the character building for Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf, and the production of the 3D CGI movie Two Monkeys, etc.
In his early days, he was one of the core members of the A Man Called Hero gang and later became one of the master artists of Jademan Comics. After that he released the Comics for City People in the capacity as the comic artist in charge and published a couple of instant hits and became wildly popular in the local comic industry. His unique drawing style and characteristic Q prints were highly praised in the market.
Later he worked as the Art Director with an ani-com company and has also continued to create Q print albums, character cards and hardcover comics.
